Each metric is scored on a -1 to 1 scale server-side before being displayed. Two summary scores are then derived: an average score, which is the unweighted mean of all available metric scores, and a weighted score, which is a weighted sum where each metric contributes according to a fixed weight reflecting its relative importance to cross-border trade.
